Shipping policy

We make every endeavour to ship your items within 5 x business days of receiving your order.

Occasionally, this may take a little longer due to stock levels, or unforseen circumstances.  In an uncertain world, stuff happens, and this can impede our ability to provide the level of service that we would love to provide in an ideal world.  99% of the time, we will ship your order asap, but we also appreciate your acknowledgement that sometimes this isn't possible.

Poppa Hip uses Australia Post to ship items within Australia and New Zealand, and will only charge the current Australia Post rate for mailing - we do not add any additional 'handling' fee to this process.

Some items that Poppa Hip offers are 'licensed' from international publishers or creators.  We may not be able to ship into some regions due to our licensing agreements.  If this occurs, we will contact you and point you in the direction of the original content creator.

Poppa Hip is a collector and purchaser of items online as well, and appreciates items being shipped in a well-protected manner to avoid damage.  We will always try to package your item in the manner in which we would find acceptable if we were purchasing the item ourselves.

Please ensure that you check your delivery address and details before placing the order.  We will ship to the address provided, and cannot be held responsible for any incorrect details supplied.
